In the spirit of practicing what I teach, I'm taking a break this week from the blog. My energy is being slow to return after dealing with a stomach bug for several days.
We need to be more mindful of and honor what our bodies and minds tell us. We need to learn to take time to rest, the world can wait.
Slow down.
Breathe.
Be.
Will you join me in taking a respite today? The world will wait, and you'll be more ready and equipped to serve it well from a place of being filled and not drained.
